Gotta Know Knoxville Unplugged
We encourage liaisons to first attend our informative and enlightening Gotta Know Knoxville class and watch the Gotta Know Knoxville Unplugged video. The class and video demonstrate the benefits of your employees knowing what the City of Knoxville has to offer.
Participation in this program requires you to:
• Send all frontline employees and managers through the Gotta Know Knoxville Class.
• Must consistently have one employee in the Gotta Know Knoxville class each month.
• Include the Gotta Know Knoxville Unplugged video as a part of the back house employee training.
(The video is available as a DVD or online.)
• Instruct employees who watched the video to complete online survey.
• The online survey will register them toward the overall company’s participation in the program)
All businesses that partner with the Gotta Know Knoxville program will receive:
• A window cling stating they are a Gotta Know Knoxville certified business.
• Their business name listed under Gotta Know Knoxville tab on www.knoxville.org.
• The opportunity to advertise in our visitor guide at a 5% discount.

• Obtain a hardcopy of the Gotta Know Knoxville Unplugged DVD
• Receive the pass code to view the video online
