The highlight to visiting the Thornton Center is the Joseph B. Wolfe Collection (an extensive collection of sport and Olympic sculptures), which are placed on the main floor of the Center, having been moved from the H.P.E.R. Building. The collection is currently under the guidance of Dr. Andy Kozar, professor in Exercise Science.

Heading on 40 W:Slight left at James White Pkwy/TN-158 W (signs for Downtown/James White Pkwy/US-441 S) Continue to follow TN-158 W.  Turn right at Lake Loudon Blvd.  Turn left at Volunteer Blvd to 1801 Volunteer Blvd Knoxville, TN 37902.
