Volunteer Landing & Marina
A one-mile promenade along the Tennessee River with refreshing waterfalls and fountains, historical markers and three locally owned restaurants. Also, the location of the Star of Knoxville riverboat and the Three Rivers Rambler Railroad. The full service marina offers paddle, pontoon and houseboat rentals along with the beautiful landscape of the Tennessee River.

Heading on 40 W:Slight left at James White Pkwy (signs for Downtown/James White Pkwy/US-441 S.) Take the Riverside Dr/Hill Ave exit. Turn right at E Hill Ave. Turn left at Volunteer Landing Ln. to 956 Volunteer Landing Ln, Knoxville, TN 37915.
