Free Independence Day Pops Concert

    8:00pm - The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra returns to the World’s Fair Park for the 24th Annual Pilot Free Independence Day Pops Concert complete with popular patriotic tunes, classical favorites and a fireworks finale! The performance, conducted by KSO Music Director Lucas Richman, will begin at 8 p.m. on Friday, July 4 on the South Lawn of the World’s Fair Park in downtown Knoxville. This event is part of the City of Knoxville’s Festival on the Fourth.

    The concert will conclude with Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever and a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display. Both the concert and fireworks display will be broadcast on WBIR-TV Channel 10 from 9 to 11 PM.
