Located on the University of Tennessee, the Allan Jones Aquatic Center features a full size 50-meter competition pool as well as a separate competition diving well. The facility features a strength training center, sports medicine facility and high-tec team room. This aquatic center includes permanent seating for 1,800 spectators and can accommodate up to 2,000 additional people.
The Art Market Gallery is a cooperative of East Tennessee artists dedicated to providing a vibrant marketplace for original art and fine crafts.

The Emporium Center is Knoxville's first true arts center with two galleries, cultural office spaces, and artist studios. Admission is always free.
In addition to being housed in Knoxville's fourth oldest building, the Bijou Theatre has an atmosphere that's perfect for live music and the perfomring arts. Many performers and music fans consider the Bijou the best performing room in Knoxville, and with a capacity of just over 700, every seat in the house is a great one.

Founded in 1969, CBT is community based, non-profit, professional theatre company dedicated to the production of new works whose mission is to give voice to the under-served and to address the issues and dreams of people who have been historically silenced. This downtown facility offers the rare combination of enormous floor space - the Coliseum has 34,000 square feet of space with elevated seating for 4,414 - with an adjacent full-size stage in the Auditorium. This arrangement allows planners to schedule and coordinate multiple activities (warm-ups, registration, competition, etc.) at the same time. Onsite parking is plentiful. The venue has been the choice of a variety of events including gymnastics, bull riding, and ice shows.

The University of Tennessee is one of 17 universities nationwide with its own professional theatre associated with the League of Resident Theatres. The Clarence Brown Theatre Company is a LORT D company produced by the university's Department of Theatre and is fully integrated into its academic curriculum. The Theatre, built in 1970 and dedicated to Clarence Brown, a University of Tennessee alumnus and distinguished film director, is a 576-seat proscenium theatre that presents a wide variety of theatrical and dance performances by faculty, students, and professional guest artists.

Southbound in the Old City is the current home for Old City Live, a free summer concert series held every Thursday night. Southbound also plays host to Knoxville's biggest DJ request dance party every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. During the DJ request dance party you will hear hits from the 80's to Country to today's Top 40 hits. Southbound in the Old City has two huge bars inside and two more bars on their patio so you never have to wait for a drink. Be sure to check out www.oldcitylive.net for all of the free summer concerts. Southbound also boosts a great menu serving half price appetizers from 12am - 2am on the weekends.
The festival celebrates Irish culture and includes: traditional Irish music and dancing, pipe and drum band, traditional Irish and festival style food, beer tasting garden, "Wee Folk" area for kids, local entertainers, Irish cultural exhibits, fiddler competition, traditional and contemporary arts, information about local "green" industries, craft demonstrations, tug-of-war bracketed competition, corn-hole (bean bag toss) competition and much more.
On-campus gallery with approximately 3000 square feet of exhibition space and 300 running feet of wall surface (walls 11' high, ceiling 20' high) and adjustable track lighting featuring contemporary artists and architects. Exhibits change monthly.
The Farragut Fall Festival is a street fair celebration for the community and fund-raiser for Knoxville’s Second Harvest Food Bank. Located at the Renaissance Shopping Center in Farragut, this festival takes place in October of each year and includes music, activities, food and entertainment.
The museum preserves the heritage of this historical community and includes a collection on Admiral David Glasgow Farragut, first admiral of the U.S. Navy and Civil War hero.
