Knoxville Visitor Center hosts book signing
Author Billy Kennedy will sign copies of his newest release, Three Men of Destiny: Andrew Jackson, Sam Houston and David Crockett at the Knoxville Visitor Center on October 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Kennedy has written ten books in the Scots-Irish Chronicles, a series that focuses on 18th century American frontier settlements. His latest novel will focus on the Irish heritage of Jackson, Houston and Crockett and their families’ immigration to America.
Kennedy will travel to Knoxville from Co Armagh, North Ireland where he has been a prominent journalist for thirty years. Kennedy regularly travels to the United States to lecture on the historical and genealogical societies and structures of government in the southeastern United States.
Knoxville residents and visitors alike may purchase Three Men of Destiny: Andrew Jackson, Sam Houston and David Crockett, have it signed and meet the author. Admission is free.
