2012 Dogwood Arts House & Garden Show

Nov 16, 2011

Dogwood Arts is setting the stage for a spectacular House & Garden Show with grand, new features that are sure to inspire everyone.  This year’s show, selected as one of the Southeast Tourism Society’s Top 20 Events for 2012, will take place Friday, February 17 and Saturday, February 18 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday, February 19 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The 2012 Dogwood Arts House and Garden Show, presented by homemarketnow.com, will showcase more than 200 commercial exhibits featuring innovative home and garden products, and professionals will be on-hand to provide ideas and assistance. It is the largest house and garden show in Tennessee and offers attendees the opportunity to shop and save on the newest and most innovative home and garden products and services for indoor and outdoor design.

Dogwood Arts is excited to showcase two of its most exciting features: The Green Living Pavilion and the second annual fundraising raffle. The Green Living Pavilion is a sustainability initiative that highlights an important emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation.  Green Living vendors will provide attendees with education and new energy-efficient technologies, products, services, and resources that focus on a greener, cleaner home, garden, and overall lifestyle.  The second annual fundraising raffle will give visitors the opportunity to purchase a chance to win products relating to house and garden needs provided by vendors.

The 2012 House and Garden Show will feature multiple other exhibits that are sure to spark the imaginations of all home and garden enthusiasts. Grand Gardens will showcase more than 10,000 square feet of landscapes constructed by the region’s top designers. Interior designers will showcase innovative design ideas for a home, while the Flower Markets will offer everything colorful and green to brighten up a garden. Artisans in Action will create artwork on the show floor to open a window into their techniques, and the How-To Stage will be presenting twelve do-it-yourself shows throughout the weekend.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors (over 65), and $5 for youth (6-12 years old).  Children under 5 get in free.  All proceeds benefit Dogwood Arts.
