BOOMSDAY FESTIVAL FEATURED ON COVER OF AT&T REAL YELLOW PAGES DIRECTORIES
Dec. 19, 2007 — The Chrysler Jeep Boomsday Festival, celebrating its 21st anniversary in 2008, is featured on the cover of the 2008 Knoxville Area AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory. Delivery starts this week and continues for the next four weeks. AT&T Advertising & Publishing estimates that more than 377,000 directories will be delivered to area residents and businesses.
“We are proud to feature the Boomsday Festival on the first AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory for Knoxville,” said Kim Carter, AT&T Real Yellow Pages division manager. “The directory covers now have a little different look with the new name and logo, but you can still count on the AT&T Real Yellow Pages as your comprehensive source of community information.”
Produced by the Knoxville Tourism & Sports Corp. and the city of Knoxville, theChrysler Jeep Boomsday Festival is the largest Labor Day fireworks show in the nation. The festival, which attracts more than 350,000 people, is a free day of family fun, fireworks and food with amusement games, children’s activities and live entertainment. The fireworks extravaganza, highlighted by the popular “waterfall” from the Henley Street Bridge, is produced by Pyro Shows of Lafollette, Tenn.
