Jennifer Morris
Director of Sales
Jennifer is KTSC’s Senior Sales Manager and has been here for over two years. She has lived in Knoxville for 10 years with her favorite things about this area being the great weather and the laid back people. Jennifer grew up in Beckley, West Virginia and still travels back there to see family. She has been married for six years and has three wonderful dogs, Oscar, Abby, & Shazzam. (Beware – even though you are here just for the weekend, she may try and match you with a sheltered animal)!

Pearl Dorsey
Sales Manager
Pearl is a native Knoxvillian. Working in the hospitality industry for seven years, Pearl brings sales and marketing experience to her role at KTSC. Pearl has two sons and two grandsons, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to a variety of music, and being outdoors. What she most likes about Knoxville is the people and the great weather.

Robin Holbrook
Sales Manager
Robin has been in the hospitality industry since relocating to Knoxville in 2004 when her husband Lance retired from the U.S. Navy. They could have moved anywhere in the United States, but hand-selected Knoxville as their home. They were attracted to Knoxville’s great cost of living, moderate seasons and the friendly, down-home feel. Lance and Robin have been married 28 years and have an 18 year old son. When not working on home renovations, they like to spend time with friends and family and explore the Knoxville area.

Christy Buchanan
Sales Manager
Christy has lived in E. TN most of her life. After graduating from the University of TN-Knoxville, she moved to Atlanta for a short time, however, realizing that she prefers a “small town” atmosphere, she decided to move back to Knoxville and pursue her career in the hospitality industry. Christy has 14 years of hotel experience within the downtown area of Knoxville. She is married to Jim, whom she met at the 2002 Sundown in the City event. They have two children, Caroline and Fletcher, and two English Springer Spaniels, Charlotte and Monty. Christy loves the outdoors and spends much of her spare time with her family biking the greenbelts, hiking local trails, and practicing yoga. Christy encourages all to come experience the majestic Smoky Mountains and all the splendor that Knoxville has to offer!

Teresa Hall
Director of Sales & Marketing Administration
Teresa is KTSC's Director of Sales & Marketing Administration and has been here a total of 40 years! She has lived here all of her life and what she likes best about Knoxville is the friendly people. Teresa has one daughter, two grandchildren, two dogs, one cat & a husband (and that’s exactly how she ranks them!).
