    Rice making, fish preparation, and presentation are steeped in Japanese tradition. However, Nama creations are a fusion with American tastes. This is not sushi for sushi's sake. Alongside traditional sashimi, sauces, tempura and local vegetables are introduced into many of the specialty rolls. Nama offers something-many somethings, in fact-for the traditional, American-ized, vegetarian and novice sushi eaters.
