The Butcher Shop
Since 1981, The Butcher Shop has built its powerful reputation by serving the finest steaks grilled over hickory charcoal and cut from the highest quality grain-fed beef direct from the Midwest. For a unique dining experience, you are invited to select your own steak and grill it your way on the brick charcoal pit with the chef there to assist.

Heading on 40 W:Slight left at James White Pkwy/TN-158 W (signs for Downtown/James White Pkwy/US-441 S). Take the exit toward Summit Hill Dr. Turn right at E Summit Hill Dr. Continue on Western Ave. Turn right at L&N Station Dr SW. Turn left at Worlds Fair Park Dr to 806 Worlds Fair Park Dr, Knoxville, TN 37902.
