WDVX Blue Plate Special

Radio station WDVX brings back the Knoxville tradition of downtown mid-day live radio shows with the "Blue Plate Special" at the Knoxville Visitor Center. Enjoy live music (Bluegrass to Americana) everyday at noon and catered lunches from Knoxville's famous Calhoun's restaurant. You can also enjoy sweets for dessert & beverages from the Café Gourmet Coffee Bar or browse the "Uniquely Knoxville" Gift Shop which features a wide variety of locally made products and merchandise while you watch the show.
Directions
From I-40 Eastbound:Exit 388 to Western Avenue. Turn left onto Western (becomes Summit Hill Avenue at Henley intersection). Turn right onto Gay Street (3rd light) and take immediate right into the parking lot. Visitor parking on your left.
From I-40 Westbound: Take James White Parkway exit (left lane exit to downtown). Take James White Parkway to Cumberland Avenue exit. Take ramp to Gay Street and turn right. Follow Gay Street to the Visitor's Center at 301 South Gay (on left with parking at side of the building).
